One of the things I hate most about Vancouver is the utter lack of courtesy on any system of transportation. Not unique to a large Metropolis, I understand. But there’s a difference between “overcrowding” and “evil.”

This is what happens at my bus stop every morning. The “goodies” as seen on the left, wait patiently in a single file line in the direction that the bus is heading. The “baddies” on the other hand, swarm around the pole on the opposite side so that they can merge in with the goodies effectively stealing their earned spot on the bus. It’s a nightmare…
Yesterday, while still adjusting my eyes to the dismal greyness and crowds, I took my spot as a goodie and waited to get on the bus. When I arrived near the step to enter the bus, a full grown man, someones father, someones role model took the chance (he was on the bad side) and even though we arrived at the same time, completely cut me off by stepping onto the bus at the same time. Of course both of us couldn’t fit so I was forced to fall back into a puddle soaked with cigarette butts. He didn’t even look back…
I cried the whole way to work…
Vancouver you suck…
Baddies you suck too, we were taught about line ups in Kindergarten.
